Nicolás Maduro announced on Monday a recovery plan for the state of Zulia to free it, as he stated, from the mafias that aim to affect the economy and well-being of the country.

Maduro also assured that the opposition leader, María Corina Machado, met in Colombia with paramilitary leaders linked to Iván Duque and Álvaro Uribe Vélez.
