The Voting records of the presidential elections of July 28 which, according to the opposition, demonstrate the victory of Edmundo González in the elections, were presented this Wednesday, November 27, by members of the Con Venezuela Command before the Brazilian Congress.

«The records of the victory reached the Brazilian Congress. The presentation of the truth reports to Senators and Deputies of the different Brazilian political parties has just taken place,” opposition leader María Corina Machado reported on social networks.

Opposition meets with Brazilian senators to show minutes of the presidential elections

Gustavo Silva, member of the electoral technical team of the Comando Con Venezuela, arrived in Brasilia this week to meet with representatives of the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and show the documents that contradict the results of the presidential elections issued by the National Electoral Council, which gave victory to Nicolás Maduro.

«We count on the people of Brazil and their democratic institutions to enforce the sovereign decision of the Venezuelan people on July 28. Thank you to each of the Senators and Deputies who today confirmed the proof of our civic feat and accompany us in our fight until the end,” Machado added.

Silva, during a press conference, thanked at least 17 Brazilian senators for their support and explained to them the process that the Venezuelan opposition implemented to recover the electoral records and then share them with the world on a website.

He reiterated that the 85% of the minutes collected, which have all the security elements that demonstrate their authenticity, verify that Edmundo González Urrutia won the presidential elections with 67% of the votes.

He stressed that the support of the international community is vital for Venezuela to obtain a peaceful and democratic solution to the serious crisis registered after the presidential elections, where Nicolás Maduro increased repression and ignored the popular will of the people.

The member of the Venezuelan Command pointed out that they gave the senators a technical report with all the information collected on the electoral records.
