The perpetrator of the murder of the young woman found dead in Cota Mil is arrested
Officials of the Scientific Criminal and Criminalistic Investigations Corps (Cicpc) clarified the homicide of the young Samantha Racheld Ramírez González, 17 years old, found dead from multiple gunshots on November 29 in Cota MilBoyacá distributor, Petare parish, Sucre municipality of Miranda state.
The authorities reported that the perpetrator of the murder, a minor identified as Abraham David Aguilera García, 17 years old, was arrested for the incident.
Another of those involved, Israel Samuel Mata García, 23 years old and nicknamed Cheche, was located by officers in the Julián Blanco sector, Miranda state. However, when he noticed the presence of the officials, he pulled out a firearm, entered a home and took two people hostage.
Subsequently, he tried to flee through the back of the house and, when cornered, fired several shots. The officials returned fire, resulting in Mata García’s death at the scene.
A pistol-type firearm was seized at the site as evidence, according to a press release published on Instagram by Cicpc director Douglas Rico.
Criminals set a trap for the young woman to take her to Cota Mil
After the discovery of the young woman’s lifeless body, Cicpc officials began an investigation that determined that on Friday, November 28, Aguilera García, on instructions from the person who directs the criminal gang in zone 5 of the José Félix Ribas sector, took advantage of the approach he had with the victim to invite her to dinner.
The young people agreed to meet at the entrance to the San José de Petare sector, but once the victim arrived at the site, four criminals aboard a Mazda 3 forced her to get into the vehicle.
They went to the Boyacá distributor in Cota Mil and asked the victim to give them his phone and get out of the vehicle.
The criminals scolded the young woman and asked her if she handed over to the authorities a criminal known as alias Cachorro, who died after confronting officials of the Bolivarian National Police.
The victim responded that it was not her and pointed to Aguilera García, who immediately He fired multiple shots at her, leaving her on the side of the road without vital signs.
