A man murdered his partner and then took his own life in Petare
A man shot his partner to death and then took his own life after an argument on Tuesday night in the Mirador del Este neighborhood, Petare, in the east of Caracas.
The victim was identified as Jeangelys Torres, 23 years oldwho was the partner of Álvaro Antonio Milano, 46 years old. According to those close to the young woman, they argued constantly because the man did not accept the end of the relationship.
On Monday night, according to the same version, both argued in the house on Urdaneta Street where they lived, and the man shot Torres twice in the face. Milano then used the same gun to shoot himself in the head.

Neighbors heard the shots and immediately called the authorities.
At approximately 11:00 p.m., officials from the Scientific, Criminal and Forensic Investigation Corps They arrived at the site and found the two bodies.
Both bodies were transferred to the Bello Monte morgue for the corresponding autopsies, while relatives carry out the procedures to remove them.
