Beaten baby’s grandpa demands answers

The grandfather of a brutalized baby who was rescued by police from a house in Claxton Bay is demanding answers from the Children’s Authority.

He is questioning why the baby was removed from her mother’s care and sent to live with a relative on the Marabella trainline, where she endured a vicious beating that left her with a broken rib.
