Man, 24, gets 2-year bond for praedial larceny
A 24-year-old man received a two-year bond after a San Fernando Magistrate found him guilty of praedial larceny offences today.
Akinde Pierre, of Gasparillo, was arrested by officers of the Praedial Larceny Squad on Friday, when they found him with produce, leaving a farm at Massy Lands, Gasparillo.
Upon being challenged, officers discovered limes and pawpaws concealed in several bags.
Cpl Dookran of the Praedial Larceny Squad charged Pierre with:
1. Unlawful possession
2. Found leaving cultivated lands
The court ordered Pierre to pay a $2,000 bond and keep the peace for two years.
